The BBQ can is a vertical poultry roaster inspired from the classic “beer-can chicken” recipe by Steven Raichlen.

Unlike the beer can of aluminum and ink, the porcelain can is nontoxic.

The can is a vertical roaster for poultry. Inspired by cooking on a beer can, the can is made of porcelain, a vitrified clay at high temperature.

His inscriptions are made of a screenprinted decal in our own workshop. This decal is composed of ceramic pigment that will never fade because it is cooked under the glaze.

Dishwasher safe, oven safe and barbecue.

English instructions :
The can is a vertical poultry roaster inspired from the classic “beer-can chicken” recipe. The can itself is made of porcelain which is vitrified at high temperatures. Here are the precautions that should be taken when cooking with the can:
1. Always place the can in a cold oven and preheat with it inside. This important in order to prevent thermal shock. 
2. Do not light the barbecue with the chicken inside. Cook slowly.
ingredients:
a spice rub (recipe to follow)
either beer, apple juice, wine, or tomato juice
garlic
instructions:
Fill half of can with chosen liquid then put garlic (to taste) and 1 tsp of rub into the can (careful beer foams!).
Apply the rub to your chicken and place it, legs down, on the can.
Set heat to 350F and place chicken with can inside the oven before it heats up.

Chicken Spice Rub (our recipe)
1 tbs of garlic powder
1 tbs of onion powder
1 tbs of smoked paprika
1 tbs of ground celery seeds
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
2 tbs of packed brown sugar
1 tbs of dried mustard
2 tbs of sea salt
1 tbs of pepper
